Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:
There is a two hour cancellation policy on all vehicles. On any ride outside of New York City,
the cancellation time is based upon the travel time to the pick-up location from our garage in Mount Vernon, plus one hour.
All nation-wide international and bus booking require a 24 hour notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time
(based on the local time zone of the pick-up location) to avoid a late cancellation or a no-show penalty. The no-show or late
cancellation fee penalty is charged at full fare rates.
A cancellation number will be given to you upon cancellation. The cancellation policy may be changed during special events,
holidays and/or by our affiliates cancellation policy requirements.

NO-SHOW CHARGE:
If you are not able to locate the chauffer please call our 24 hour dispatcher at 877.212.4515 immediately.
DO NOT LEAVE THE LOCATION YOU MUST CALL US FIRST.
Our dispatcher will be able to contact your chauffer right away with a two way radio.
A (no-show) charge (full charge) will be applied if the passenger fails to call our dispatcher before leaveing the scheduled pick-up location.
A (no-show) charge will also be applied if the client fails to inform us of any cancellation.

Surcharge of 5.00 extra for pickups to 14th st.  and under
+ Surcharge of  5.00 extra for pick-ups on the West Side of NYC
Charge of 20% gratuity, and tolls for all trips excluding flat rates
Waiting time over 15 minutes is additional charge after pick-up
Additional charges for parking and tolls are not included
